The Newspaper Indexing Project began in about 1987. Since that time work has continued sporadically, pertaining to three of the New Hampton Newspapers: The Courier, The Gazette and the Tribune. The Nashua Weekly Post will be added to this effort shortly. The Society plans to compile the New Hampton Newspaper Index into a publication in the near future, although we are reluctant to give a publication date as there is at least a year or more of work remaining before we feel this will be in a satisfactory state of completion. Indexed in this publication will be Birth Announcements, Marriage Licenses, Wedding Articles, Anniversary Articles, Death Notices and Obituaries. |
